Tucked away in the in the balmy backwoods of a suffocating swamp lies a loathsomely grimy bar, whose house band drunkenly leers and staggers about under the howling influence of sex, drugs, and madness – the heart of rock and roll.
What band could possibly bear this burden? What scandalous scallywags could possibly sound so depraved you ask? Why none other than Sydney’s Doc Holliday Takes the Shotgun. Simply put, it’s drunk and psychotic blues rock/psycho-billy at its best.
Have a listen to the sloshingly good “Ladykiller” below and be sure to grab the Boot Hill EP over at bandcamp.
